: Education is of the utmost importance at Jouvence. The Concept of Continuing and furthering your Education is to promote a creative and positive attitude, and to increase your pride and Artistic Excellence in your work (PT Program).

: Jouvence realizes the importance and the value of their staff’s time. Jouvence also values staff that has young children and older parents and family in general. We will make every effort to be aware of the importance of that time, and to help in accommodating your needs in case of hardship.

: Jouvence also wants the Staff to recognize the importance of maintaining and upholding the "Standards Of Excellence," and the desire of operating the business, by having enough Staff available to service the guests in a timely and professional manner.

Locations: We are located in the best destinations of the Washington DC metro area with high-volume walk-in traffic, which allows you the opportunity to stay busy and build a clientele in the shortest period of time.

Financial Opportunities: To provide you with the opportunity to keep growing with Jouvence/AVEDA, we created a multi-level price structure system. Your level of Advanced Education, years of experience, and length of employment with us will determine your level of pricing for your services.

Walk-In
Priority Policy
: Every newly hired service provider receives 90 days priority of ALL walk in guests. After 90 days the walk ins are delegated monthly to the service provider that has the highest new request and regular request guests.


Level System
: The idea behind the level system is simply explained by the theory behind "supply and demand". It is that simple. If you achieve your level criteria, it means that you are in demand, and that there are more guests in need of your skill and services than you are able to offer, and for that reason we move you to the next level, and increase the prices of your services.

When your prices are increased, you lose some guests that cannot or will not want to pay the higher price for your services. That in turn, frees up some space for you to be able to accommodate new guests that will be paying the new prices for your services and therefore your income increases. The Guest also has the option to go to a lower level operator and remains the salon guest.

You must remember that all criteria must be attained, and unless achieved you will not be eligible to graduate.

Giving Back
to Our Communities
: The founder of Jouvence has been living and working in the community for over 27 years and along with his dedicated and committed staff they have given back to the community with their time and through fundraisers and community events to: Children’s hospital, Breast Cancer Care Foundation, Leukemia Society, American Cancer Association, Multiple Sclerosis, Make A Wish Foundation, American Lung Association, CASA, Local public schools and private schools PTA’s, as well as homeless shelters.

He is also on the board of CTEAC in Fairfax county to help support the technical career education dept. of Fairfax county public schools, and also on the board of the Breast Cancer Care Foundation a 502 c non profit organization that provides funding to breast cancer patients and at-risk women and men lacking sufficient funds to cover comprehensive breast health service.
