At Jouvence, we work as a team to provide you the best service possible. We also want you to know that if your service provider is not available, or you simply would like to try another one of our talented staff members, we encourage you to do so.

In addition to our full price service providers with a variety of experience levels, all of our locations maintain a staff of stylists we call Pure Talent. The Pure Talent stylists are going through our in-salon training program, run by our In-Salon Coaches. These service providers are fully licensed and offer services at reduced prices.
At Jouvence we have a multi-level pricing structure for our services. The price difference charged by our service providers is based on their level of advanced education, years of experience, and length of employment.
What if I am late for my appointment? Or I need to cancel an appointment?
If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We require a 24-hour notification for cancellations. If less notice is given, you will be charged for the full cost of the services.
Do you offer any rewards for new clients receiving services?
Jouvence has a referral program for all of our new guests. At the end of your first appointment with us, your service provider will give you four referral cards. Once we have received all four cards back from your referrals, you will receive one free service of your choice.
Do you offer any additional rewards for retail purchasing clients?
Aveda's Pure Privilege Program is a rewards program for guests who purchase retail products regularly. You receive ten points for every dollar spent on retail. Once you have reached a certain number of points, you may redeem them for various rewards.
